About Me
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience working with individual adults, couples and adolescents. I specialize in working with people who are struggling in their relationships, with finding work/life balance, adjusting to new roles or managing anxiety or depression.
Together we will work to help you develop day to day coping strategies as well as to gain a deeper understanding of the underlying issues that may contribute to your distress. I am particularly interested in the process we experience during life transitions such as life confrontations, making sense of your life's history, separation, divorce, or loss.
Together we would work to move beyond old patterns toward self-actualization and fulfillment.
I earned a bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in Psychology & Journalism and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. I have also completed the level II training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
